1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jl28 — whether through the website at jl28.onl, the Android app, or the iOS app — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of jl28, including registered members and visitors browsing the site without an account. jl28 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on jl28 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment channels including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted.
• jl28 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• jl28 processes withdrawals within the timeframes specified on the platform, subject to payment provider processing times.

jl28 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual transactions. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jl28's operation. By using the platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of jl28.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
